Ekiti State Govt Proposes Death Penalty For Cultists, Offers N1m for Useful Information


Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose has said the state is supporting a bill against unending killings by  cultists on the state university grounds. 

He said that the bill, when gone into law, would distribute capital punishment to anybody discovered blameworthy of contribution in cultism and life imprisonment to any individual who accomodate or connect with cultists. 

Fayose additionally proposed a reward of N1 million for any individual who offers indisputable information on any student cultist cultist. 

Fayose pronounced this while collaborating with the Ekiti section of All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN), an umbrella body for all farmers in the state.
