Detective Who Handled The Case of Billionaire Kidnapper Evans Killed

The Intelligence Response Team (IRT) under the watch of an Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Abba Kyari at the end of the week, lost one of its brave officers to the icy hands of death.

The courageous officer was one of the main 'field criminologists' who followed and demystified Lagos based billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuadike otherwise known as Evans.

It was amidst a comparable capture that the suspects directed bullets into Lanre's stomach while his partner got shot in the hand.

Unperturbed by the unexpected assault, both the late Sergeant and others pursued the criminals and killed the man that discharged the executioner shots.

The slugs held up in their bodies were later extricated with therapeutic groups on ground affirming that the harmed Policemen were reacting to treatment.

Be that as it may, catastrophe struck a couple of days after the fact. It was found that Sergeant Lanre who had opened his eyes and traded merriments with his partners, died.

"It is truly pitiful and difficult inside and out. We have not possessed the capacity to tell his significant other and other relatives yet. This is the danger of the activity we are discussing; we put our lives on line for others, yet when it is the ideal opportunity for advancement, a certain something or the other will happen and the rundown will be kept in see.

"Take a gander at this now, Sergeant Lanre was one of the men that put his life hanging in the balance to capture Evans and now he is dead. We don't know how to break the news to his significant other and family. It is excruciating," one of his partners said at the end of the week.

The leader of IRT, ACP Kyari, is said to be in profound torment over Lanre's passing.

A source near his office that affirmed the shocking way out of Sergeant Lanre said game plans are as of now being made for a befitting entombment.
