Women Can Now Finally Drive Cars in Saudi Arabia

Women in Saudi Arabia will soon have the privilege to drive, as indicated by a royal pronouncement issued by the nation's King, Salman. Saudi Arabia is the only country on the planet where ladies are denied from driving.

In the imperial declaration issued on Tuesday, King Salman requested that a pastoral body would actualize the change by June 2018, after a meeting throughout the following 30 days.

The pronouncement alluded to the "negative outcomes of not enabling ladies to drive the vehicle and the positive parts of permitting it".

It included that the "dominant part" of senior researchers saw enabling ladies to drive as a lawful act.
