Kwara Shun Use of Card Readers Ahead of LG Elections

The Kwara lndependent Electoral Commission has said that it would not utilize card readers for the November 4 electoral process in the state. 

The commission' s director, AbdulRahman Ajidagba, made this known at a meeting with agents of enlisted political gatherings in his office in Ilorin on Friday. 

The chairmanship and councillorship races into the 16 nearby governments have been planned for November. 

The News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, reports that Mr. Ajidagba said that the state was not monetarily light to secure card perusers for the committee surveys.
