This was affirmed by Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita, Head of Civil Service of the Federation (HOCSF), who said this at a news gathering to stamp the 2017 Civil Service Week in Abuja. 

The 2017 topic of the week is "Settling in a Citizen-Centered Service Delivery Culture; Partnering with the adolescent for Africa's Transformation ''.

"The Office of the Accountant General of the Federation has been coordinated to issue handouts to MDAs to present their cases for coordinate installment.

“You would all agree that Nigerians have excelled in every field of human endeavor. We should be proud. The civil service is no exception.

“They are people who have given their entire lives for the Service of this nation and today we celebrate them, ‘’ she said.
