APC Declare 15 Empty Positions Up For Grabs

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State has declared that there are fifteen empty positions in the official panel and they are relied upon to be filled at the gathering's continuous state congress. 

The Chairman of the Screening Committee for the congress, Alhaji Nadu Yahaya, unveiled this while tending to delegates without further ado before the accreditation of representatives to the congress. 

The empty positions are: State executive, Deputy Chairman, Secretary, Vice Chairman (Central), Assistant and Organization Secretary. 

Others are: Assistant Welfare Secretary, Legal Adviser, Organizing Secretary, Assistant Auditor, Zonal Public Relations Officer (Central), Zonal Secretary (North), Deputy Youth pioneer, and Zonal Woman Leader, among two others. 

He said that the gathering had given all gathering individuals in the express the chance to strive for the empty positions. 

As per him, 15 people, including the Acting Chairman, the Deputy Chairman, and the Secretary of the gathering in the state, have shown their enthusiasm to challenge the positions. 

"Each individual from APC has been given the chance to challenge for the positions and 15 of these hopefuls showed their advantage subsequently the choice to screen them. 

"The 15 people have been screened and cleared by the council to challenge for the different empty posts," he said. 

Additionally, Alhaji Ali Makoda, the Chairman of the Election Committee and Commissioner of Environment, said the positions ended up noticeably empty after the arrangement of a portion of the past office holders to different workplaces. 

As per him, different positions ended up noticeably empty because of death while others were mitigated of their positions for submitting different offenses against the gathering. 

Prior in his comments, Prince Nwanko Orinze, the Chairman of the APC Election Committee from the Headquarters, said the decision would be led as per the rules as set around the gathering. 

He, along these lines, approached party individuals to display high feeling of trustworthiness and obligation to guarantee fruitful lead of the activity. 

"The race is to fill 15 empty positions made because of a few improvements in the state. So we trust representatives will be as Civil as could be expected under the circumstances," he said. 

As at the season of documenting this report, the races to fill the different empty positions had started at the Sani Abacha Indoor game Hall.
